Transistor


The transistor has two types: Transistor Transistor Bipolar and Unipolar.
Bipolar transistor is a transistor that has two poles junction.
Unipolar transistors are transistors that only have one pole junction.

Bipolar Transistors are electronic components that consist of three legs, the emitter (E), base (B), and collector (C). The transistor itself consists of two types of transistor types NPN and PNP transistor type. Current directions signs on each of the designated type of arrows is an emitter terminal. Unipolar transistors are FET (Field Effect Transistor), which consists of the N channel JFET, P channel JFET, MOSFET N channel and P channel MOSFET
